Some users, after just installing Fieldworks, find when they start FLEx or Translation Editor it reports an error message saying that the “icuuc40.dll” file is missing and cannot be loaded.

The fix for this is simply to restart the computer.

The installer was not written to force you to restart after it finishes, because this shouldn't be necessary. But for some computers it is.
